Ben Marshall

I have been a lifelong resident of Parry Sound. Raised amidst the quiet charm of Humphrey and Parry Sound, I have been a real estate enthusiast since childhood, following my father on cottage showings and soaking in the industry’s nuances.

As a teen, I worked for a local law firm, a new home builder, and in direct sales. I also dabbled in the restaurant industry. All these experiences prepared me for the real estate world. You can find me at the Stockey Centre’s “Bands on the Bay” in the summer or engrossed in music when not working.

1. I lived with over 50 different roommates.
2. I called nine cities home between 19 and 23.
3. I travelled to 13 countries, Jordan being my favourite.
4. Struggled as a hockey goalie due to poor eyesight.
5. Fluent in French thanks to French Immersion.
6. I love sunbathing on Georgian Bay’s shores.
7. Enjoy jumping from the sauna or hot tub into the snow.

Cameron Marshall

Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the Parry Sound area, I spent countless days tagging along with my dad, Jim, as he toured cottages and properties throughout the region. What started as a kid getting a behind-the-scenes look at the family business eventually turned into my own career, and today, I’m proud to be carrying that tradition forward alongside my brother, Ben!

After graduating from Carleton University with a degree in Criminology and completing a post-graduate program in King City, I returned home to Parry Sound and spent several years working in both the mental health field & in Bylaw Enforcement. That experience gave me a strong understanding of municipal processes, local regulations and the many details that can affect a property, knowledge that has proven invaluable in this neck of the woods.

Today, I’m focused on helping buyers and sellers throughout Parry Sound and the surrounding cottage country. Along with Ben, I’m continuing to build on the foundation my dad established over nearly four decades in the business.

For me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about knowing the area, understanding the market, being available when clients need you & making what can be a complicated process feel straightforward. Whether it’s a first home, a year-round property, a cottage, or a piece of land for the next chapter, I enjoy helping people find the right fit 🙂

Outside of real estate, life is pretty busy. I’m a dad to two beautiful girls, spend as much time as I can with my wife Hayley, and still try to make time for hockey, softball, golf & music. I’ve always loved the outdoors and everything that comes with living in this part of Ontario, which is probably one of the reasons I’ve never really wanted to live anywhere else.

I’ve spent most of my life in Parry Sound, and it’s where I’ve built my career and chosen to stay. Now, Ben and I are focused on running the business, serving our clients & building on the foundation our dad established.
