My husband and I decided to change our retirement plans and thought about buying a cottage. After talking with a few friends about our thoughts we decided Seguin, Ontario was our destination. Jim was well versed in all the areas we were interested in and moreover, his support system went beyond any other Realtor we have ever worked with. Excellent customer service. They are very experienced and know the ins and outs of the area pretty well. I have had no experience with cottages. Jim and Ben were very patient with me and showed me around many properties that fits my expectations and budget. They did their best not to stretch my budget which is highly appreciated. They gave me insights on the standard or each propert, what its worth and the practical challenges that might face me later... I would say their service is outstanding and they are very trustworthy. I did not know them before but was hoping to find someone local from Parry Sound area to guide me through it. I was very lucky to get in touch with Jim and Ben. I would highly recommend them if you are considering to buy something in Parry Sound or the surrounding area.

We have been looking to purchase a home for a long time now, Jim and Cameron were both wonderful to work with. Over the span of almost a year, they jumped hurdles for us! When we decided to purchase a cottage on a lake, I had no idea who to contact in the Parry Sound District. I randomly picked a guy named Jim Marshall.We had no idea what to expect from a random selection. So this guy showed us a few places within our budget and he also showed us a few places that our place could look like. Those places were out of our range.The long and short of it is that Jim listened to our dreams of owning lakefront property and directed us in the direction that he felt we would like to go. At one point Jim even talked us out of purchasing one of the places that we liked. Good thing he did as we finally found our dream location and since then we currently reside there.Jim displayed honesty, integrity, and was there for us all the way.Thanks Jim Marshall
