Located in The Township of the Archipelago, south of Parry Sound and northwest of MacTier, most cottages on Healey Lake are boat access only.  Two marinas service the lake, and Healey Lake Lodge has a restaurant and bar.  Conversely, cottages on Kapikog Lake are mostly accessible by seasonal roads.

Cottages are affordable on both lakes, and availability during the selling season is typically good.  We see many older Viceroy-style cottages along the lake’s shoreline, typical of cottages built in the 1960s.

The Healey Lake Property Owners Association publishes lake maps (available on their website) and organizes a popular mid-summer regatta.  The Kapikog Lake Cottagers Association also maintains an excellent website and publishes a newsletter three times a year.
